I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima SL and although I didn’t purchase from them, I really appreciate the service I received from them and I absolutely trust the service technicians and manager of service personnel Mr Chris Williams in the service dept so much that I purchased a warranty from this dealership to service my vehicle. So I spoke with Mr Sheely Markese in finance, who offered me a great warranty contract that covers anything that may go wrong with my vehicle which was truly affordable. I have been here countless times over the years with three different cars and the service has always been perfect. Everything involving this dealership is impeccable. Jaime is the best service advisor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Kyle is my favorite technician and truly a master at what he does. Every single person I have met here has been nice and accommodating. I recommend this dealership whenever I get a chance and will continue to do so. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Scheduled service, I got there early. I had asked why I wasn't getting any coupons recently and the man that wrote up my service e sheet said there was a 10% on line he could use for me....he didn't have to do that...that was great! Sister picked me up and we left. They called my cell when finished. Even washed my truck and cleaned my windshield! I left there happy!

Let me start by saying the General Manager Johnny Royal is by far the best in the Automotive business I've ever known his dedication to his customer and employees is beyond exceptional. I was involved in a tragic accident where my vehicle was totaled. Leaving me in a very tough financial place, so I called Johnny and without blinking he found me BRAND NEW Sentra and had me approved when NO OTHER place could. The entire process took 1 hour. Bob Richards Nissan has soo many smiling faces and hard working people who are family to one another, you can just feel the positive in the building. PLEASE PLEASE visit this place before you make a vehicle purchase.
